Public Notice: Water and Waste Advisory Board, Water Quality Rules and Regulations Chapter 1 and Chapter 5
The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on September 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Jackson Regional Office, 420 N Cache St, Jackson, Wyoming. The public is invited to attend and comment on proposed rules presented to the WWAB for its consideration.

Public Notice: Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Review of Colorado River Water Quality Standards, July 2017
The seven Colorado River Basin States (AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, UT and WY) are responsible for reviewing and adopting water quality standards for salinity for the Colorado River Basin. Through the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum (Forum), the Basin States review these standards every three years in compliance with the Clean Water Act.
The Forum has recently approved a draft of the 2017 Review, Water Quality Standards for Salinity, Colorado River System (Triennial Review). The 2017 Triennial Review can be found at the following website: http://coloradoriversalinity.org/index.php.
The Forum and each of the Basin States are providing an opportunity for public comments on the Triennial Review. Written comments may be directed to Michael Thomas, 200 West 17th Street, Suite 400, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002. Electronic comments may be submitted online at http://wq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/.
