On October 15, 2018, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and the City of Cheyenne gathered for a ceremony to dedicate two new, low-emission school buses that will be used to transport students to-and-from an after-school Latchkey program. The new buses replace a pair of old buses (nearly 20 years old) and will result in significant vehicle emission reductions; they were funded through WDEQ's new Emission Reduction Program.
